4 / 5 ★Large well appointed villas. Walking distant to a hall. Two ensuites, good when having guests visit us. Near to the city. Good warm ducted heating system.

No Activities Provided by Owners
2 / 5 ★Re ratings - the gradings relate to Nazareth. Our residents committee are providing us best they can all activities and social functions. We were verbally promised by Nazareth prior to purchasing that all activities, socials, van for shopping trips etc would be provided by Nazareth. It didn't happen and when I questioned a senior management person was told "Things Change". The residents who have been involved in the committee to provide activities, socials etc are now up to 6 years older - are tired and not as able as before. This situation must change with Nazareth honouring their original promises.
