4 / 5 ★At the moment there is a lot of restlessness, anxiety and social dysfunction due to 'rebuild' plans.
Maintenance could be improved
3 / 5 ★Although I enjoy living in my village I feel a bit despondent at the lack of follow up to problems within our village eg - maintenance to our home is not always done, after all we do pay for the service also feel they are understaffed.
Very Slow to Do Needed Repairs
1 / 5 ★I'm filling this out on behalf of my mother. [In my experience] management is poor, communication poor. [I felt they] wouldn't listen and were very slow to make repairs which resulted in a cold house in the meantime. (eds)
