Positive experience at Selwyn Village
4 / 5 ★Close to city - hospital - doctor and also have hospital and dementia care - on stop shop. have a villa happy as can be when you have to leave your home.
Highly recommend SV village

Not the friendly community we had originally
4 / 5 ★Live here for 7 years. I feel it is not the friendly community we had originally. The manager is fine, the board and directors - distant. I know it's important to manage finance but there is this pervading atmosphere that money is the most important item on the agenda.

4 / 5 ★Many positives, including on-site min mart, gift shop, op-shop, hospital, cinema, medical centre, function rooms, cafe and licensed bar areas, games room, plus attending podiatrist, audiologist, dentist, also hairdresser, gym, chapel, attending physiotherapists and swimming pool. The village is situated on a very large site, providing good walking space, also care homes.
