2 / 5 ★[I feel] Latest Manager is approachable but her hands are tied by wellington Head office. I'm sure if it was up to her things would be different. Answers to "why things don't done" are often waiting on head office or not in Budget

2 / 5 ★No decisions can be made by our manager even if she agrees, always has to be referred to head office in Wellington which don’t have a clue what is needed like she does.. always comes down to spending money or in most cases not spending money

1 / 5 ★Although I live independently I have had several occasions of several months each when I have had the evening meals and [in my opinion] all were below acceptable standards. [In my experience] management have ignored complaints about abusive behaviour by residents towards other residents. (edited)
