Great Location and Chalets, but
3 / 5 ★Heritage needs to emphasise co-operation between local management and residents. Where an issue exists between residents and local management, residents need to be able to easily appeal to Heritage. Perhaps there needs to be a regional level of management to supervise relations between local management and residents.
