Summerset Richmond Ranges offers the experience of luxury retirement living situated on the scenic edge of Richmond at 1 Hill Street North. Our village has a relaxed rural feel with views of the Richmond Ranges and the convenience of being just minutes from the Richmond Mall and Stoke’s town centre.
Our village centre is the heart of our village, providing a multi-purpose community hub. Featuring spacious resident lounges and a stylish dining room and library, it includes a range of resort-style facilities including a café, bar, hair and beauty salon, indoor pool and spa. The village centre is also home to our fully-certified care centre and memory care centre, specially designed for those living with dementia.

At Summerset Richmond Ranges our range of indoor and outdoor facilities means you'll always have something to do, no matter what the weather. And, if you're keen to get involved, our on-site Activities Coordinator will make sure there's always a calendar of events and activities to keep you entertained.
Onsite we have our very own Divine Café and in-house catering, offering contemporary menus prepared on site with wholesome, seasonal, fresh, locally grown produce.

What is it really like?
2 / 5 ★Get out of your offices and walk around the Village and meet the Villa residents where they are.
Management serve and clean up after happy hour and so are seen doing something by Residents.
Take a walk round the village every week to see some of the issues and then maybe they would relate to the residents.

2 / 5 ★Address issues that are a concern - noise in main building: speeding: state of gardens. A large amount was spent on fancy lights for midwinter function so now employ another gardener and put in more speed signs

2 / 5 ★Management seem invisible at present and sick of Covid being used as excuse. Put people first . Fees increased too much this year but service decreased dramatically
