5 / 5 ★Very positive vibes in the village, the social structure is building up as people put forward ideas. Plenty of things to do.

5 / 5 ★Friendly knowledgeable staff. Exceptional buildings, facilities & furnishing. Excellent responsiveness to alarms. Garden plantings & care of plants excellent. Entertainment, activities, outings excellent. Resident participation & contribution outstanding.

5 / 5 ★Management and staff are very kind and caring, but sometimes they could be a bit firmer with enforcing what is expected of residents, as some are taking advantage.

4 / 5 ★Serious lack of car parking for visitors. Doesnt help that some residents use the parks out front as their own instead of using their assigned car park. Some of their cars are left parked out front for days or weeks on end and nothing appears to have been done about it as still happening. <br />
I have noted registration numbers of offending vehicles and frequency and lenghts of time the residents cars are parked there. Maybe need visitor only signs and/or a time limit on those parks. Tow away area?

3 / 5 ★Positives: size of apartment, view of mountains - small, quiet surroundings. Negatives: noise of social gatherings, cake with everything, no courtesy car, hopeless bus service, lack of any shops.
COLD AND UNSUPPORTED
1 / 5 ★Too many problems in this place, no one cares, no one follows up on concerns, heating not working for weeks is disgusting, and the woman verbally abusing my mother is elderly abuse, and shouldn't be tolerated.
