Privately-owned Fairview Lifestyle Village is set on approximately eight hectares of well-established, beautiful grounds, offering resort style living in a friendly, gated community.
There are a variety of different two and three bedroom villa floor plans to choose from, a separate block of four two and three bedroom apartments with one and two bedroom apartments located close to the facilities in the main building, known as the Lodge.
In the Lodge there are three lounges, two dance floors, (one doubles up as a space for stretch and balance classes, Yoga, dancing, indoor bowls and Tai Chi). Heated indoor swimming pool/sauna/spa, fully equipped gym, full size billiards and pool tables, library, hairdressing salon, workshop, movie theatre, games room for Rummikub /cards / Mah Jong. Residents Happy Hour Bar. Other on-site facilities include an excellent bowls green, croquet lawn, outdoor chess and a petanque court.
The weekly Village newsletter keeps residents up to date with what's going on in the village and includes menus and activities for the week.
There's a village Minibus and driver for regular shopping trips and the bus is available for resident day excursions.
Relish is our family friendly café and restaurant, open seven days a week for breakfast, morning/afternoon tea, snacks, cabinet food and dinner. Regular functions are held, often with entertainment, and family gatherings and celebrations are welcomed.
24-hour emergency and nurse call supported by our 24-hour on duty nurse.

3 / 5 ★We older residents who established the village and helped it to grow from scratch worked hard, feel neglected now and it is when we need the help as promised when first came in.

1 / 5 ★I have found issues with their attitude to 'Fairview Care'. In general, my observation of the staff here at Fairview are '10 out of 10' in caring for residents. My opinion of some members of management, they need to be accompanied by a 'adult' when they talk to residents older than themselves.
