Friendly staff, noisy road
4 / 5 ★Friendly, helpful staff. Fellow residents friendly & social. Noisy main road - sirens from Police, Fire & ambulances attending incidents in neighboring less desirable suburbs - including gangs.

Nice but need to be more flexible
2 / 5 ★If you don't like your more senior residents falling asleep in the main lounge, then block off part of it for them - don't force them to go back to their rooms like naughty school children, they have as much right to be in the lounge as anyone else.
