Retirement Village
5 / 5 ★It would be nice if there were more houses available but that is not possible with space being limited, however, a 2 storey care suite building is planned and properties have been bought to facilitate this in 2-4 years time.

5 / 5 ★Excellent Residents Committe. 13½ years in house. Van to supermarkets. 4½ years in upstairs apartment. Excellent support from all staff. Wonderful gardens and walks within grounds. Gardeners care excellent. Fabulous inside pool, library & fitness room. etc etc!

Well run with helpful staff
4 / 5 ★The place is well run with staff very helpfull with my wife now in the Dementia unit things have changed for me, with still more to come.

4 / 5 ★There have been improvements over the past 4 years that I have been here, however, with independent living one cannot guarantee that suitable activities are available. The primary points are independency, freedom, safety & security. If one has disabilities/ impairments, it is important to be able to provide for oneself as the village might not be able to provide activities and has no obligation to do so.

One Sided Agreements
3 / 5 ★I would recommend this village to people as it has good facilities and layout. Why I would not is that [in my opinion](eds.) it has very one sided agreements and management is not up to running a retirement village.
Independent living
3 / 5 ★Not sure about fixtures & chattels!!! Not definite and I wonder if the management know themselves. It would be great to be given a list of what is what.
