Value for money and friendliness
5 / 5 ★I visited several retirement villages before i settled for Gracelands (Oceania) I have had no regrets. Value for money and friendliness you would not find a better place to settle. The staff are exceptional and nothing is too much trouble. (105 / units)

A pleasure to live here
4 / 5 ★Management and staff work extremely well together, and that flows over to the residents. It cannot be easy managing so many varying and individual residents; however, the staff manage this with grace and smiles. It is a pleasure to live in this lovely village.

4 / 5 ★Although a small village in comparison is to others in the area (Hawke's Bay) it is extremely well run with a team who all get on together working to bring a healthy, happy atmosphere for all residents. Although the owner/operators are slow to attend to problems, almost being dogmatic with their negativity. Perseverance wins though, even if one is left floundering with the final response.
