4 / 5 ★In comparison with nearby catering establishments and other retirement villages ( including within our own Metlifecare group ) our cafe/restaurant does not provide value for money. On pointing this out to local management - “ Well they must be operating at a loss.” ? ?

Issues need to be addressed

3 / 5 ★It is not fair that we have pay for maintenance on things that we do not own

3 / 5 ★Comments made by senior sales staff prior to moving in have not been honored eg. "You will never have to move again. Help will be available from our staff when you need it." One now has to 'source' that help from outside providers when it is needed or pay new occupation right fee (substantial). This is why we moved in. We see this as a betrayal of trust on Metlifecare's part.

3 / 5 ★As it was new and only villas built we were verbally told many things that influenced our decisions would be available. Never happened and wont. You can get tired of fighting for things no in contract. But dumb board does not realise how important good will is.
