Excellent care at Jane Mander
5 / 5 ★Having spent quite some time visiting my dad in the hospital wing of JM, I see first hand how demanding this job can be - it is not easy to care for so many high needs residents at the same time. The JM staff do it very professionally and with kindness, and I wanted to acknowledge their efforts. I feel my dad is getting an excellent level of care and this gives me great comfort.

5 / 5 ★The grounds are not overall cared for, the trees are becoming to large creating a very overgrown grounds, with the grounds are more shaded ,and reducing the views we had.

Exercise Groups. Some Activities
3 / 5 ★Seldom have music and only at low volume, so people are able to communicate and enjoy togetherness. Staff also are noisy with dishes and talk. Training needed here to work quietly.
