SIMPLY THE BEST - FIVE STAR CARE
5 / 5 ★Management has monthly meetings with 'Residents committee'. Direct personal requests are given consideration and receive a reply with reasons for any non-action. The only issue is the national problem of shortage of nurses.
Am very happy in my Villa
5 / 5 ★I have been here 5.5 years, and am very happy in my Villa. I take part in all activities. Also have my main meal at 12 O'Clock free week days.
Settled and Comfortable
5 / 5 ★Molly Ryan is a boutique village - no room for expansion - settled and comfortable. Outstanding and caring staff - residents and their issues known to medical and caregivers. Have checked out all the rest in New Plymouth - have friends or departed in most of others - this is the best.
Too many staff changes
4 / 5 ★A shortage - too many staff changes. Not enough consistent staff. A shortage of staff. Covid has ruined a lot of things. No music and no Tai Chi. More assistance getting YouTube to listen to concerts each afternoon.
