5 / 5 ★The final replacement of the lounge furniture is now over three years since the flood. This is unacceptable.

5 / 5 ★Transition should have been made earlier. This village being smaller than others on North Shore fits our needs well.
Very disappointing pool closure
4 / 5 ★I would have given a higher mark. We have been in here nearly eleven years. The pool has been more closed than open over that time. When we came in we were told we could use this. Very disappointing.
Love my villa

Staff she has inherited are holding further improvements due to their lack of knowledge experience and qualifications.

I requested a meeting with Michelle the manager and was filled with apprehension due to past experiences. I had a very positive meeting, felt listened to, was treated with respect and greatly appreciated this. I acknowledged this to Michelle by email afterward.

3 / 5 ★If management communicated and responded independent living residents, many of our issues would be resolved. If what we were promised and what we already had was maintained we would be happier.

3 / 5 ★Not the picture portrayed when advertising for purchase. The glyphosate free village a hugely positive affect on health.

3 / 5 ★Monthly bulletins appreciated. More frequent gardening would be good. During lockdown basic foodstuffs sold from our kitchen were brilliant.
