Everything in a small village vibe
5 / 5 ★Consider having someone on reception over the weekend for couriers. Even if it made up of residents. We could make up shifts.

Like this is a small size village
4 / 5 ★Fewer fit, younger (70s) people coming in. More older with mobility problems who do not appear to have care / support and fellow villagers feel obliged to help. Like that this is a smaller size village - 250. Central location. Good public transport.

4 / 5 ★We need larger (or more) noticeboards to communicate constantly with activities throughout the village. More staff required in cafe. 'Changes' asked for seem to be excessively controlled.
