Experience of Tasman Hospital as part of bupa rest
3 / 5 ★HCA staff need moretraining in communication, it is humiliating enough to need help to get to and on and off toilet, let alone no friendly communication,conversation.<br />
Need more staff-you can afford it looking at company's annual profit.then messes cleaned quicker , most days not the best smell from the rooms from those that weren't helped to the bathroom in time. Smells,soiling not cleaned up quickly, <br />

mainly suited to active/ fully mobile people
