There is only 1 lift
5 / 5 ★There is only 1 lift. This is problematic for both staff and residents. Ryman should address this issue to ensure that staff can use a separate lift for laundry etc. Thank you!

5 / 5 ★In all retirement villages with two storeys or more there should be at least 2 lifts (elevators) to reduce congestion in lifts and/or allow kitchen staff to use one lift with residents and visitors the use of other lift - particularly important when social distancing needed.

1 / 5 ★Listen to feed back that is given by people who have worked in the industry for many years and have the knowledge and experience of how a rest home should be run - after all, any feed back that should be given is for the well being and safety of Residents [&] should be welcomed. However that was not the case from the experience that i had with the [staff member] here... I complained regarding a Residents dignity when attending an interview I was []shunned and it was all swept under the carpet.
