Design of care suites optimal. All staff competent and always available and pleasant. Independent units well-designed & supported when needed by staff. Brilliant IT support when needed. Also maintenance.

The Thursday outings seem to be geared to the less active residents, with many trips to lunch or breakfast. I would like to see more for the more active and interested residents, e.g in art/musuems/public gardens, maybe alternating between the two groups.
I would like monthly movies at Park Lane - they dont have to be current movies.
