Lovely friendly staff
5 / 5 ★Lovely friendly staff, always willing to help & listen to residents requests. Cafe very popular & lovely barista staff. Gardeners great, keep the place looking great. Leaky apartments when southerly blows rain onto carpets, needs drying out, happened twice this year - not good, poor design.

4 / 5 ★They need to fight for their residents rights to get their money back when they sell or move out within a reasonable time. e.g.3 months. They claim they require to keep our money until they sell the units or villas, to update them. They already keep about 25% of the value we paid, plus they make on Capital Gain, why do they need more money to update and keep your vacated property for longer than 3 months. A total rip off for thousands of residents around the country.

3 / 5 ★Our cafe is advertised on roadside Open 7 Days. They close at 3pm. On weekends cabinet food ony - false advertising. Head Office staff are unresponsive.
