5 / 5 ★Signs reminding drivers entering the village that there maybe Mobility scooters and walkers using the roadways as most areas have no footpaths,.

3 / 5 ★At one tine I would give a higher scale, but over the time we have been here (5 yrs) I feel the standards have dropped. Get promises but nothing happens. No longer the golden village. Need regular updates on the prices of hospitals and rest homes care especially hidden costs.

3 / 5 ★Very disappointed with lack of consistent maintenance ie lawns, windows, gardens, up keep of deck etc. Village Sales and Service Manager very capable and friendly. Seems to be a general lack of organisation.

No Footpaths
2 / 5 ★No footpaths or safe and easy walking areas. Use same narrow road as all the traffic (a lot of heavy traffic). Very few seats outdoor to stop and rest. Excessive noise from fire alarms which are frequent.
Neat and tidy
2 / 5 ★Reonsider ORA adjustment reduction by say 50% and pay a % of sale value to the estate of the deceased.
