Everything is Top Notch

3 / 5 ★At one tine I would give a higher scale, but over the time we have been here (5 yrs) I feel the standards have dropped. Get promises but nothing happens. No longer the golden village. Need regular updates on the prices of hospitals and rest homes care especially hidden costs.

3 / 5 ★Very disappointed with lack of consistent maintenance ie lawns, windows, gardens, up keep of deck etc. Village Sales and Service Manager very capable and friendly. Seems to be a general lack of organisation.

3 / 5 ★I moved here 5 years ago to be close to my husband who was in hospital care in this village. I was very happy with all that happened for some time in spite of the fact my husband died the week I arrived. Now after 5 managers (two interim who have done their best) in the 5 years Ive been here and experiencing the many breakdowns of infrastructure and staffing problems it is a very different place.
