Greenwood Park is superb
5 / 5 ★Greenwood park is a very pleasant place to live. gentle rolling terrain, beautiful gardens and landscaping. apartments and villas do not all look the same. the amenities and ambience are superb.

Staff Are Excellent
3 / 5 ★Front line staff are excellent. [In my opinion] Management is weak and dictated to by head office who think of us as numbers on a spreadsheet. Almost all activities are good and organised/run by residents. Five years ago I would have highly recommended this village - now I would discourage people from coming here.
Stressful renovation experience
2 / 5 ★I have given the village an overall 2. Having to move twice within 4 & 1/2 months because of renovations then returning to find patio splashed all over with paint. Gardens absolutely trashed and months before these things rectified is very stressful. Metlifecare plus building firm Livingstone large companies who are only interested in the build project, no regard for residents possessions or the stress they suffer. Several becoming really ill as a result.
Alot of room for improvement
2 / 5 ★Took an hour and a half for help to come after I had a fall and pushed the help button. Gym equipment needs fixing, tools in mens shed need sharpening, the gardens [don't appear to have been weeded] since September 2024. The village needs a cafe chef as [in my opinion] the food is disgusting. Capital should be repaid after 3 months. (eds.)

2 / 5 ★Over the last 12-18 months several services have been reduced/discontinued by village owners head office instruction. These include reduction in medical services, after hours care provision and reducing kitchen staff working hours. The CARE has been taken away from METLIFE who appear to be more intent on beautification (?) of property rather than resident welfare.
