2 / 5 ★We are a small village of 38 independent villas. My husband and I enjoy the small quiet villas but [in my opinion] management approach [could be improved]. [In the past] we have not been consulted when changes were made. We still make our own fun, but no happy hour and BYO has been refused in the Common areas of the Village. (eds.)

We’re disappointed by this review [edit]. In the two recent disputes [the complaint was not upheld], and the operator was awarded [10% of] costs. <br />
[We believe] changes are communicated appropriately and made in the best interests of all residents — not just a select few. <br />
Negativity driven by personal dissatisfaction doesn’t reflect the wider resident experience, and the village website has been designed to reflect our values and appeal to prospective residents genuinely looking for peaceful, independent retirement living. We stand by its accuracy and the positive feedback we've received. We are a small, close-knit community of 37 independent villas, and while we encourage feedback and involvement, we also have a duty to act in the best interests of all residents — not just a vocal minority.<br />
